• Payment of the required advance amount.

• Final discussion regarding event details.

5. Payment Terms

• Advance payment is required to confirm the booking.

• The remaining balance must be paid before or on the event day, as agreed.

If a booking is cancelled:

• Any non-recoverable expenses already incurred may be deducted.

Artist availability may occasionally change due to unavoidable circumstances. In such cases, Laxmi Entertainment reserves the right to provide an equally qualified replacement artist or team.
